What are the shipping options?
ZADI ships within the U.S., with free shipping on orders $150 and up. Standard orders typically process in 1–2 business days, followed by 3–7 business days in transit. Preorders and special releases may take longer. Confirm any product-specific timing and the final shipping charge at checkout.

Eligible U.S. paddle purchases made directly from ZADI can be returned within 30 days of delivery with normal play wear. A 25% restocking fee applies to played paddles, and you pay return shipping. New, unused products in original condition qualify for a full purchase-price refund within 30 days. Exclusions and inspection requirements apply.
