Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing ZADI Pickleball for your sports equipment needs. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your orders arrive in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

1. **Shipping Destinations:** We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

2. **Shipping Times:** Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Pre-Orders will be processed for shipping as soon as they pass the quality control inspection.  Once processed, shipping times vary depending on the destination: 
   - United States: 3-7 business days

3. **Shipping Fees:** Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

4. **Order Tracking:** Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. **Shipping Carriers:** We partner with UPS to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

6. **Shipping Restrictions:** Please ensure valid shipping address. If customer enters shipping address incorrectly, customer is responsible for shipping fee for replacement order if required. If package is lost and untraceable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, FIBR Pickleball is not responsible for replacement. FIBR Pickleball will do everything in their power to help track and retain possession of the package. 

7. **Holiday Shipping:** During peak seasons and holidays, please expect potential delays in shipping due to high order volumes and carrier limitations. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

8. **Order Changes and Cancellations:** Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
