Warranty Coverage

Eligibility
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the paddle and is non-transferable. To be eligible, the paddle must have been purchased either directly from ZADI Pickleball or from an authorized retailer. A valid proof of purchase is required.

What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, fading, surface scratches)
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., discoloration, paint chips, or logo wear)
  • Grip wear or replacement grips
  • Damage resulting from:
  1. Abuse, misuse, or neglect
  2. Accidents, impacts, or improper storage
  3. Exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
  4. Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claims & Process.

ZADI Pickleball reserves the sole discretion to determine whether damage qualifies for coverage under this warranty. If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the paddle with the same or a comparable model. If the original model is no longer available, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.

Please note:

  • Replacement paddles are not covered by this warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective paddle to ZADI for evaluation.
  • ZADI Pickleball will cover return shipping for repaired or replacement paddles.

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, visit our website and complete the Contact Form under the “Contact”. Include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the paddle and your proof of purchase. We will respond within 7–14 business days with next steps.
